Senior People Operations Specialist – Brazil

About the role

Distribusion is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to support its Brazil team. You will act as the subject‑matter expert on People Ops, ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and an excellent employee experience across a product‑led organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR profiles, data, and record‑keeping systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost scalability and employee experience.
• Coordinate with the external payroll provider to guarantee accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee contract management and employee benefits administration across multiple countries, ensuring local legal compliance.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to HR processes.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at enhancing People Operations efficiency.
• Leverage data insights to refine processes and support informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven track record of ownership and process improvement in People Operations.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian employment law and global employment matters.
• Experience managing contracts, visa processes, and benefits administration.
• Comfortable collaborating with external vendors and internal teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong problem‑solver.
• Effective communicator in both Portuguese and English.
