Senior Product Manager - Technology

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a next‑generation conversational AI platform. You will work at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, turning ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and executable requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the end‑to‑end product vision, strategy, and user experience for a context‑aware AI agent product.
• Lead product discovery, identify user needs, evaluate opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on impact.
• Translate early‑stage concepts into detailed product requirements, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Partner with engineering to reason through system architecture, LLM behavior, agent memory, identity models and data flows.
• Address complex edge cases, failure modes, permissions and error‑recovery scenarios to ensure reliable experiences.

Required profile

• Strong senior‑level product management experience, including strategy, discovery and execution.
• Excellent product and UX judgment with the ability to evaluate user journeys and interactions.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear, prioritized requirements.
• Technical fluency to discuss system architecture, LLM behavior and data flows with engineers.
• Advanced English communication skills and ability to work remotely from Latin America.
