Senior Project Manager – Data Workstream

About the role

The Data Workstream Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end data initiatives across multiple programs, ensuring alignment between business priorities, data platforms and delivery. Working remotely from Brazil in the EST time zone, you will operate at the intersection of the Data Office and business units, driving integration coherence, risk control and value delivery in a complex, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Align business priorities with data platform strategies and delivery schedules.
• Steer execution, integration coherence and risk management across data projects.
• Coordinate portfolio management, program planning and project delivery for large‑scale data initiatives.
• Maintain executive‑level reporting, decision support and financial steering, including budget tracking and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between the Data Office, business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required profile

• 5‑10+ years of proven experience in program/project delivery or portfolio management.
• Background working in multi‑stakeholder, international environments.
• Strong exposure to Data Office functions, enterprise data platforms or large‑scale integration projects.
• Experience with project management governance, preferably holding a PMI or equivalent certification.
