Senior Region Manager

About the role

The Senior Region Manager will drive Monster Energy’s growth across a defined territory by leading sales performance, expanding distribution, and forging strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and brokers. You will execute bold commercial strategies to increase market share, maximize revenue, and strengthen the brand’s presence at every point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Manage senior distributor relationships, create and execute joint strategies, and lead business planning.
• Oversee day‑to‑day distributor interactions, joint business reviews, and alignment on objectives.
• Lead senior Trade Development Managers (TDM), setting KPIs, priorities, recruitment, and development plans.
• Develop direct reports to balance internal process accountability with field execution standards.
• Design and drive distributor incentive programs to boost field sales and prioritize the energy portfolio.
• Create joint key‑account activation calendars and ensure distributor commitment.
• Build capabilities of the team through individual development plans, sales‑tool optimization, and a consistent national customer‑call approach.
• Set and monitor field execution standards for POS, displays, KPI tracking, new product development, and distribution.
• Maintain open communication with distributors to share standards, best practices, and resolve common issues.
• Conduct performance‑management reviews, develop corrective actions, and implement improvement plans as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• More than 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
