Senior Sales Director – Brazil

About the role

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) seeks a Senior Sales Director to lead its Brazil operations. Reporting to the Sr. VP Operations Latin America, you will shape sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage a high‑performing sales team from our Louveira office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic growth plans to meet annual revenue and profit targets.
• Review and optimize the sales funnel, increasing pipeline size, win rate, and sales velocity.
• Analyze end‑market trends and customer needs to inform sales tactics.
• Define account assignments, territories, quotas, and goals for current and prospective customers.
• Lead key client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate large‑scale contracts and long‑term supply agreements.
• Monitor monthly revenue and profit results, providing analysis to the executive team.
• Collaborate with collections to ensure a healthy portfolio.
• Set individual performance goals, develop forecasts and budgets, and mentor sales talent.
• Recruit and develop new sales professionals as needed.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in packaging, label or printed solutions.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue and profit objectives.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and work in a hybrid setting.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
