Senior SAP FI/CO Functional Analyst – Record-to-Report

About the role

As a Senior SAP FI/CO Functional Analyst you will join Bosch Home Comfort’s Global SAP ERP IT organization. You will be responsible for delivering standardized, scalable, and compliant Record‑to‑Report solutions across a global ERP landscape, supporting both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with finance leadership and business owners to align SAP solutions with corporate strategy and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and design of end‑to‑end SAP Finance (RTR) architecture based on global templates.
• Provide architectural oversight during configuration, development, and deployment of SAP FI/CO modules.
• Coordinate testing activities (SIT, UAT) and support data migration, cleansing, and conversion.
• Ensure smooth transition to support teams, manage issue resolution, and maintain compliance with SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of finance processes and SAP Finance capabilities.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a functional SAP Finance (FI/CO) analyst, preferably in a global, multi‑site environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance, including New GL and Record‑to‑Report processes.
• Proven ability to work with finance leadership, global IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP finance solutions end‑to‑end.
