Senior SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant (Hire to Retire)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant to join Bosch Group in Campinas. The consultant will own end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire processes, support payroll operations and drive continuous improvement across global HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as functional expert for SAP HCM, covering Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management and Payroll Control Center.
• Participate in design, build and rollout of SAP HCM solutions in global and regional projects, including ECC and S/4HANA migrations.
• Support and enhance SAP Payroll, manage payroll interfaces and ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations.
• Lead SAP Time Management configuration and align it with legal and business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (SAP CPI, FI) and provide functional guidance during testing, deployment and hyper‑care.
• Contribute to data‑driven HR initiatives, automation and AI use cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP HCM design, build and multiple global rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian payroll and time‑management processes.
• Advanced English communication skills for daily interaction in a multinational environment.
• Experience working in multicultural, multi‑country settings, especially Brazil, Germany or the US.
