Senior SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant (Hire to Retire)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant to join our global HR technology team in Campinas. The role focuses on end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire processes, supporting SAP HCM, Payroll and Time Management across multiple countries while driving innovation and AI‑enabled improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for SAP HCM, covering Personnel Administration, Payroll, Payroll Control Center and Time Management.
• Participate in design, build and rollout activities for SAP HCM solutions in global and regional projects, including ECC and S/4HANA migrations.
• Support and enhance SAP Payroll, payroll interfaces and compliance, and lead SAP Time Management implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (SAP CPI, FI modules) and provide functional guidance for ABAP debugging.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, automation and AI use cases within HR processes.
• Work closely with multicultural teams, especially Brazil, Germany and the United States.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP HCM design, build and multiple global rollouts.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM PA, SAP Payroll (PY) and SAP Time Management (PT).
• Advanced understanding of Payroll Control Center and payroll interfaces.
• Experience with SAP CPI integration and ABAP debugging.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for daily global collaboration.
• Experience in agile environments and exposure to S/4HANA transitions is a plus.
