Senior SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant – Hire to Retire (Women’s affirmative action)

About the role

The position is a senior, women‑affirmative SAP HCM/Payroll consultant role focused on the full Hire‑to‑Retire cycle. You will work on global and regional SAP HCM rollouts, supporting payroll, time management and innovative AI‑driven HR solutions for Bosch Group in Brazil and across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Act as functional expert for SAP HCM covering end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire processes.
• Participate in design, build and rollout activities for SAP HCM solutions in global and regional projects.
• Support and enhance SAP Payroll, including Payroll Control Center (PCC), payroll interfaces and compliance.
• Lead SAP Time Management solutions, ensuring alignment with legal and business requirements.
• Contribute to SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA rollouts, including testing, deployment and hyper‑care.
• Collaborate with technical teams on HR and payroll integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, FI modules).
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and AI use cases in HR processes.
• Work in a multicultural environment with strong exposure to Brazil and interaction with Germany, the US and other regions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SAP HCM design, build and multiple global rollouts.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM PA, SAP Payroll (PY) and SAP Time Management (PT).
• Advanced expertise with Payroll Control Center (PCC) and payroll interfaces.
• Understanding of Brazilian payroll and time‑management regulations.
• ABAP debugging experience and functional knowledge of SAP CPI.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) for daily global collaboration.
• Experience with S/4HANA HCM or ECC‑to‑S/4 transitions is a plus.
• Familiarity with data‑driven HR, analytics or automation initiatives and agile delivery models.
