Senior SAP MM & Ariba Functional Analyst – Procure-to-Pay

About the role

The Senior SAP MM & Ariba Functional Analyst will join Bosch's Global Home Comfort SAP ERP team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting SAP MM and Ariba solutions across a complex, multi‑system landscape that is moving toward a unified S/4HANA platform.

Key responsibilities

• Align SAP solutions with business and IT strategy, develop business cases and manage demand intake.
• Lead requirements gathering, define end‑to‑end SAP architecture and ensure compliance with security, governance and regulatory standards.
• Provide architectural oversight for development, testing, deployment and user‑acceptance testing.
• Drive service request management, root‑cause analysis and continuous stabilization of the SAP environment.
• Monitor system performance, gather user feedback and implement cost‑optimization and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Plan and execute phase‑out and decommissioning of legacy SAP systems.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as an SAP MM and Ariba functional analyst, preferably in a global enterprise.
• Proven ability to work across the full SAP lifecycle – from design to decommissioning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with experience collaborating with IT, business units and external partners.
• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and procurement processes (Procure‑to‑Pay).
