Senior SAP SD Functional Analyst – Order-to-Cash

About the role

As a Senior SAP SD Functional Analyst you will join Bosch's Global Home Comfort SAP ERP team, driving the design, implementation and optimization of Order-to-Cash processes across a complex, multi‑system landscape. You will support the migration of SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments into a unified global platform, ensuring high‑quality, scalable solutions that align with business and IT strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align SAP SD solution architecture with global templates and business requirements.
• Lead requirement gathering, feasibility studies, and business case development for O2C initiatives.
• Oversee design, testing, deployment and knowledge transfer for SAP SD enhancements.
• Manage service request handling, root‑cause analysis and continuous system stabilization.
• Support budgeting, demand intake, portfolio prioritisation and roadmap planning.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and execute phase‑out strategies for legacy SAP components.

Required profile

• Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) as an SAP SD functional consultant, preferably in large, global organisations.
• Proven track record delivering SAP O2C solutions on both ECC and S/4HANA platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities across IT and business units.
