About the role
This senior individual‑contributor position is focused on enterprise sales of advanced communication and API‑based solutions in Brazil. You will drive strategic growth by building and expanding relationships with large enterprise customers and helping them adopt cloud communication technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, negotiation and closing of high‑value strategic deals.
- Develop and execute account plans and territory strategies to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Build long‑term relationships with C‑level executives, technical leaders and key decision‑makers.
- Identify customer needs and position cloud communication APIs and platforms as transformative solutions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Product, Marketing and other cross‑functional teams to design customized offerings.
- Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder sales environments with long sales cycles.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and reporting using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Required profile
- 15+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, cloud communications or enterprise software.
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing multi‑million‑dollar deals.
- Proven ability to sell complex technical solutions to both business and technical audiences.
- Strong executive presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders in large organisations.
Required skills
- Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) proficiency.
- API‑based solution selling.
