Senior Tax Analyst – Corporate Income Tax

About the role

The Senior Tax Analyst will support Colgate-Palmolive Brazil’s month‑end and year‑end closing processes, calculate Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL), and ensure full compliance with Brazilian tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the company’s accounting closing processes.
• Calculate IRPJ and CSLL from both tax and management perspectives.
• Prepare and file IRPJ/CSLL tax returns and electronic submissions to tax authorities.
• Prepare various reports and complete forms requested by headquarters.
• Respond to tax authority inquiries, providing required documentation.
• Monitor administrative tax proceedings in partnership with external law/accounting firms.
• Perform Transfer Pricing calculations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting or Administration.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Proven experience in corporate income tax compliance.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Previous experience in a Big Four firm is preferred.
