About the role

The Senior Technical Sales Representative will lead BASF’s Crop & Seeds sales in the Rondonópolis region, focusing on soybean and corn growers. You will act as a trusted advisor, promoting BASF’s agricultural solutions and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with large farmers and seed companies in the region.
Provide technical and commercial advice on soybean and corn production systems.
Identify business opportunities and drive growth of BASF’s Crop, Seeds and Digital portfolio.
Represent BASF’s agricultural solutions in field visits and technical meetings.

Required profile

Completed degree in Agronomic Engineering.
Solid commercial experience in agribusiness, preferably with soybean and corn.
Consultative selling approach with strong negotiation skills.
Proven network and relationships in the field.

Required skills

Technical knowledge of soybean production systems.
Technical knowledge of corn production systems.
Experience with seed treatment and interaction with seed companies.
