Shift Manager, Reverse Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Shift Manager to lead our reverse logistics site. You will be responsible for overseeing the processing of returned items, vendor returns, and asset recovery while ensuring high‑quality standards and operational efficiency in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead shift operations for reverse logistics, including failed gear sorting, RMA/RCA processing, vendor returns, and asset recovery.
• Maintain a physical presence on the floor for up to 12 hours per shift, managing workflows and supporting a team of 40+ associates.
• Establish and optimize workflows, SLAs, and operational metrics to guarantee consistent service delivery.
• Monitor dashboards, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Coach, develop, and conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews for the team.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence principles.
• Collaborate with hardware engineering, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, escalations, and communication protocols.
• Lead root‑cause analysis initiatives and drive sustainable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large operational teams in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
