Site Reliability Engineer Specialist

About the role

Digibee is looking for a senior Site Reliability Engineer Specialist to own observability and incident response across its cloud‑native iPaaS platform. You will be the technical anchor for monitoring, tracing, and reliability engineering in a complex distributed environment built on Java, Node.js, and Kubernetes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive adoption of instrumentation standards for Java and Node.js services using Dash0, OpenTelemetry, and the Elasticsearch/Logstash/Fluent Bit pipeline.
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets and partner with product teams to turn them into engineering decisions.
• Lead major incident response as senior incident commander and conduct blameless post‑mortems.
• Improve the on‑call program to reduce toil and alert noise.
• Influence architecture decisions for GKE, Kong, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, MongoDB Atlas, Redis, and MinIO.
• Mentor SRE and platform engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering, with senior or principal‑level responsibility.
• Deep production experience with Kubernetes, preferably GKE.
• Proven track record of building and operating large‑scale, highly available systems.
