Software Engineer, Front-end

About the role

We are looking for a Front‑end Software Engineer to join a fast‑growing tech team that builds high‑performance web experiences for the real‑estate market. The role is fully remote within Latin America and involves turning complex home‑buying journeys into intuitive, customer‑focused interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, debug and maintain reusable front‑end components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design and backend teams to translate requirements into responsive, scalable UI solutions.
• Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests to support CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions and rapid prototyping of MVPs.
• Identify and resolve front‑end issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Continuously improve tooling, processes and front‑end architecture.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills with a focus on code quality.
• Comfortable working in agile (Scrum or Kanban) environments and distributed teams.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset able to balance speed, quality and business impact.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• React (preferred) or Angular or Vue
• Testing frameworks such as Jest
• Git version control
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
