S&OP Manager – LATAM

About the role

We are looking for an S&OP Manager to lead the Sales & Operations Planning process for the LATAM cluster from our São Paulo office. You will translate commercial strategy into actionable demand‑ and supply‑plans, ensure alignment across finance, sales and operations, and continuously improve planning accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end S&OP and S&OE cycles for LATAM, aligning demand, supply and finance plans.
• Analyse demand and supply forecasts, identify gaps, risks and performance deviations, and define mitigation actions.
• Synchronise planning inputs and timelines with regional and global processes.
• Oversee assortment planning and inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate and inventory turns, driving continuous improvement.
• Provide insights to optimise product availability, working capital and overall business performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply planning or related supply‑chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes with hands‑on experience in demand and supply planning.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and advanced English.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid analytical capabilities.

Required skills

• ERP and planning tools such as SAP, IBP, APO (SAP BW is a plus).
• Data‑visualisation tools – Power BI, Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills for large‑dataset analysis and basic modelling.
