Sourcing Professional – Buying/Procurement

About the role

Join a high‑performing Sourcing and Procurement team that creates value by identifying strategic suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships. You will support internal customers by developing and executing sourcing strategies that ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage and execute supplier tenders to meet internal demand.
• Negotiate, execute and maintain supplier contracts in line with local policies.
• Develop, qualify and manage existing and new suppliers aligned with business strategies.
• Ensure supplier compliance with quality, safety, ethical and regulatory standards.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business requirements.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and contribute to long‑term sourcing and distribution strategies.

Required profile

• Higher education from an accredited university or college.
• At least 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and ethics.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (Spanish a plus).
• Dynamic, proactive, collaborative and adaptable to fast‑changing environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead strategic negotiations.
• Well‑organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
