Sourcing Senior Manager

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Sourcing Senior Manager to lead strategic sourcing for Integrated & Services (I&S) projects across the region. You will shape sourcing strategies that enhance competitiveness in global energy markets and build strong partnerships with key suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sourcing strategies for integrated project tenders to improve competitiveness.
• Establish and manage contracts and consortium agreements with key suppliers and strategic partners.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to anticipate future 3PV needs and develop proactive sourcing plans.
• Negotiate commercial terms to meet project financial targets.
• Monitor third‑party vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support global category and project sourcing activities and share best practices across regions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Lean, Q&HSE, ISC) to align sourcing with standards.
• Drive cost‑improvement initiatives through engineered solutions and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic project sourcing and supplier management for complex, integrated projects.
• Strong contract and commercial negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to influence senior and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
