About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support its procurement activities in Nova Lima. The role focuses on managing spot‑buy events and driving efficient sourcing for indirect spend.

Key responsibilities

• Execute spot‑buy events and manage the end‑to‑end procurement process.
• Interact with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
• Prepare bid analyses, negotiation strategies, and perform contract redlining.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and ensure favorable outcomes.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve buying channel efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Strong understanding of sourcing processes, opportunity assessment, contract coordination, and supplier management.
• Excellent customer orientation, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for tactical sourcing and spot‑buying of indirect spend.
