About the role
The Route Planning Specialist will work closely with regional distribution teams to schedule daily truck routes across the Southeast region (RJ, MG, ES). The focus is on improving logistical efficiency, ensuring timely order releases, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and optimize daily truck routes, monitoring indicators such as cylinders delivered per km, truck load factor, and travel count.
- Collaborate with local distribution and commercial teams to understand stock scenarios, carrier availability, and client-specific needs.
- Identify root causes of unproductive orders, re‑scheduling, and disruptions, driving continuous process improvement.
- Promote sustainable resource management while maintaining strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Higher education in Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics operations or equivalent.
- Strong analytical ability, dynamic thinking, and skill in building alliances and dialogue.
- Effective communication, collaborative leadership, and teamwork orientation.
