Sr. Graphic Designer

About the role

TRACTION's Marketing team is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to shape and elevate the visual identity of its B2B SaaS products. You will lead creative projects, mentor designers, and ensure that all visual assets align with business goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑impact creative initiatives across Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and workflows to deliver on‑brand digital assets, campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop strategies that boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify and solve creative and operational challenges, improving processes and outcomes.
• Translate business objectives into clear creative strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.
• Coordinate designers, writers, and external agencies to maintain timelines and production efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand design, marketing campaigns, and creative direction, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing assets, and high‑impact projects.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and act as the technical reference for the design team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Motion‑design expertise using Adobe After Effects.
