SRE / DevOps Engineer (Mid-level)

About the role

We are seeking a mid-level SRE / DevOps Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability and performance of cloud-native platforms in mission-critical environments. The role bridges development and operations, enabling engineering teams to deliver software quickly while maintaining system stability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, operate and continuously improve reliable and scalable infrastructure and delivery systems.
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines for fast and safe software releases.
• Provision, manage and optimise cloud resources across GCP, AWS and Azure.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage containerised workloads with Kubernetes (GKE) and Docker.
• Define, track and report reliability metrics such as SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, MTTR and MTTD.
• Implement observability stacks (monitoring, logging, alerting, APM) using tools like Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus and the ELK Stack.
• Collaborate with product squads to promote platform-engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience in high-availability cloud environments.
• Strong background in Linux-based systems.
• Ability to work autonomously in production settings and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive mindset for risk identification and continuous improvement.
