About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead our Amazon and Mercado Libre marketplace initiatives across Latin America. In this high‑impact regional role you will drive growth, profitability and operational excellence while ensuring consistent brand performance on two of the region’s largest digital retail platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute Joint Business Plans (annual and quarterly) for Amazon and Mercado Libre across LATAM.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and long‑term account expansion through structured marketplace management.
- Lead negotiations with marketplace partners to improve commercial terms, visibility and growth opportunities.
- Manage day‑to‑day eCommerce operations, ensuring listing quality, pricing accuracy and inventory availability.
- Collaborate with Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimise digital‑shelf performance, campaigns and conversions.
- Establish and lead performance routines (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional alignment with Supply Chain, Finance and Global teams to ensure execution excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce or marketplace‑driven roles.
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts with measurable commercial growth.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and ROI‑driven decision making.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
