Strategic Consultant

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of strategic advisory, customer success and data‑driven consulting for leading global brands. Based in Brazil, you will act as a trusted partner to senior executives, translating complex digital intelligence into clear, actionable business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive‑level strategic engagements to align product usage with business objectives and transformation priorities.
• Develop and execute Strategic Success Plans that drive product adoption, customer maturity, retention and measurable impact.
• Identify expansion opportunities and deliver data‑driven recommendations to increase customer value.
• Translate complex datasets and platform insights into compelling business narratives and executive presentations.
• Partner with Account Directors and internal teams to support account strategy, long‑term planning and renewal efforts.
• Proactively manage at‑risk accounts and implement mitigation strategies.
• Deliver training, enablement and best‑practice guidance to maximize platform value.
• Contribute to scalable playbooks, frameworks and reusable strategic assets for global initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, strategic consulting, account management or similar advisory roles.
• Strong background managing senior‑level client relationships with enterprise or global brands.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills with executive influence.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Experience in digital, SaaS, analytics or data‑driven environments is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working remotely and on‑site, with willingness to travel as needed.
• Self‑starter mindset with strong ownership, adaptability and problem‑solving skills.
