About the role
BairesDev is seeking a Strategic Consultant to join its new consulting capability. Working remotely, you will partner with senior leaders to turn complex business challenges into actionable strategies and drive high‑impact transformation programs.
Key responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks.
- Identify growth, efficiency, or transformation opportunities.
- Translate strategy into actionable initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
- Collaborate closely with client executives and internal delivery teams.
- Support discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and technology.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and create actionable plans.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
