Structural Designer (Brazil)

About the role

Join Hatch’s Project Delivery Group in Belo Horizonte as a Structural Designer. You will be responsible for creating and delivering structural 3‑D models and 2‑D drawings that meet Hatch standards and project specifications, supporting the delivery of safe and sustainable infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop structural 3‑D models and corresponding 2‑D deliverables in line with project and Hatch standards.
• Assist in resolving structural technical issues and provide guidance to other designers.
• Supervise and coordinate structural design tasks across the project team.
• Layout complex plant and structural systems using 3‑D modelling design tools.
• Produce accurate 2‑D drawings derived from the 3‑D model.
• Perform structural design using project specifications, procedures, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in structural design and modelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
