Supervisor de Distribuição – Saneamento

About the role

We are looking for a Distribution Supervisor to join our water sanitation project in Recife, Brazil. The role focuses on overseeing water distribution operations and leading the team of supervisors and operators to ensure reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily water distribution activities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Support operation supervisors in field tasks and decision‑making.
• Assist in measuring and validating third‑party contract performance.
• Prepare reports, presentations and operational dashboards.
• Develop budgets and generate purchase orders for materials and services.
• Provide additional support on ad‑hoc requests under the guidance of the manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or currently pursuing it.
• Previous experience in sanitation or water distribution projects.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
