Supply Chain & Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain activities for a fast‑growing e‑commerce business operating across Latin America. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, supporting international growth and ensuring scalable, efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full supply chain lifecycle, including demand forecasting, purchasing, production coordination, inventory management, logistics, fulfillment and delivery.
• Develop and continuously improve inventory planning and forecasting processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers and third‑party logistics partners.
• Coordinate production schedules, shipment planning and inventory movement across multiple markets.
• Support expansion initiatives by contributing to international logistics planning and operational readiness for new regions.
• Monitor purchasing activities, inventory performance metrics and cash‑flow considerations.
• Establish scalable systems, SOPs and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility and control.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations within a direct‑to‑consumer or e‑commerce environment.
• Proven expertise in inventory forecasting, demand planning, purchasing and supplier relationship management.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, including experience with Shopify and third‑party logistics ecosystems.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers and managing international logistics networks.
• Knowledge of multi‑market operations and cross‑border supply chain challenges, especially in European markets.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
