Supply Chain Specialist – Brazil

About the role

DyStar is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support its Brazil operations. The role ensures product shipments meet global business and customer demands, coordinating internal logistics and handling export processes.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices, packing lists, and certificates of analysis, verifying product details and transport type.
• Prepare and send export documentation to customs brokers, carriers, and warehouses, and follow up on shipment confirmations.
• Communicate order status to international customers and coordinate with local factories on product availability.
• Enter export orders into the export software and ARP system, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Manage bill of lading receipt, cross‑check with invoices, and forward documents to customers.
• Monitor national transport from warehouses to ports, schedule collections, and track carrier performance.
• Request and verify export expense funds, coordinating payments with finance.
• Obtain and evaluate sea, air, and land freight quotations, conduct RFQs, and support contract signing with logistics suppliers.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of supply chain or logistics experience.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) for interaction with US and Singapore headquarters.
• Basic Spanish proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with export software.
• Experience using the ARP system for order entry.
