Supply Planner Analyst

About the role

3M is seeking a Supply Planner Analyst to ensure product availability and supply continuity for the Brazil market across multiple divisions. You will work closely with regional teams, supply locations, transportation, trade compliance, warehouse operations, and commercial leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end supply planning for a large and diverse SKU portfolio in a high‑complexity market.
• Execute planning strategies to maintain healthy inventory levels and prevent service disruptions.
• Coordinate with global supply locations and cross‑functional teams to support reliable product flow.
• Lead regular alignment sessions with business teams to support Make‑to‑Stock and Make‑to‑Order commitments.
• Collaborate with plants to align ICO vs local supply volumes and follow up on execution in Brazil (Sumare, Manos, RP sites).
• Serve as supply planning lead for MSRs and RCCP processes in Brazil.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Planning/Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or materials planning.
• Proficiency in planning systems and data management tools.
• Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
