Syndication Analyst – Product Data Specialist

About the role

3M is seeking a Syndication Analyst to manage product data requests from channel partners. You will interpret data needs, extract information from internal systems, fill gaps, and deliver the data in the required formats, supporting the company’s content‑to‑revenue initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and interpret product data requests from channel partners and buying groups.
• Extract item‑level data from internal systems and manipulate it using Microsoft Excel.
• Reformat, refine, and map data to partner‑specific templates and upload via vendor portals, GDSN pools, or other channels.
• Identify data gaps, source missing information, and collaborate with process owners to enrich content.
• Prioritize requests, maintain strong internal and external relationships, and escalate data‑quality issues as needed.
• Support e‑commerce partnerships and improve product presence on online platforms.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and contribute to continuous improvement of data syndication processes.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in e‑commerce, marketing, master data management, or a related field.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data extraction and manipulation.
