Talent Acquisition Analyst – Recruiter (LATAM)

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst – Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for multiple LATAM markets, including Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. The role will partner with hiring managers and support the company’s growth by delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for positions across Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Source candidates via social networks, job portals, referrals and talent communities.
• Screen, evaluate and present candidates based on skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights and data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and follow global TA processes.
• Negotiate offers in line with internal policies and local labor regulations.
• Represent the employer brand in the LATAM market.

Required profile

• Extensive experience managing high‑volume recruitment in Latin America.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
• Ability to work with cross‑regional teams and adapt to cultural nuances.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
