About the role
Air Liquide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for designated positions. The role acts as an ambassador of the Air Liquide brand, partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑End recruitment: from profile alignment with managers to hiring and onboarding.
- Market mapping, resume screening, conducting technical and cultural interviews, and participating in career fairs.
- Support employer branding initiatives, trainee and intern programs, and diversity & inclusion strategies.
- Analyze labor market data and recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Sensitivity toward diversity hiring.
Required skills
- Workday (desirable).
- Data analysis for HR KPIs and metrics (desirable).
