Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Remote Freelance)

About the role

Pubity Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer on a freelance basis to help build pipelines for a fast‑growing, globally‑distributed media company. The role is fully remote with working hours that overlap UK business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage strong candidates for roles across content, editorial, brand partnerships, commercial, finance and tech.
• Build talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions before they open.
• Conduct searches using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, portfolio sites, GitHub, creator platforms and other social channels.
• Map talent at digital publishers, social‑first media brands and creator businesses.
• Write personalized outreach that highlights why Pubity is an attractive employer.
• Collaborate with the UK talent team, hand over interested candidates with clear notes, and keep the Teamtailor ATS up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, primarily sourcing.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive talent and build pipelines.
• Familiarity with social‑first media, digital publishing and creator ecosystems.
• Clear written English with a human‑focused outreach style.
