Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Telos Media is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for its growing portfolio of YouTube‑first brands. You will partner with hiring managers to build high‑performing teams, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and develop talent pipelines that support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates across creative, operational, and leadership positions.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring decisions with multiple stakeholders.
• Drive offer negotiations and close top talent.
• Deliver a professional, engaging, and timely candidate experience.
• Build and maintain long‑term talent pipelines and talent maps for recurring and strategic roles.
• Maintain accurate ATS records, track recruitment metrics, and continuously improve hiring workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting within creative, digital media, or creator‑focused environments.
• Track record of hiring high‑performing talent for roles such as video editors, scriptwriters, animators, channel managers, and creative strategists.
• Skilled at conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates beyond resumes.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, referrals, online communities, and alternative talent channels.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
