Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team. Working fully remotely, you will help identify and assess both technical and non‑technical profiles for BairesDev and its clients, ensuring a smooth hiring experience from outreach to interview coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidate information online to evaluate overall fit.
• Contact candidates via phone, video, LinkedIn or email to gauge interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal and technical interviews, send invitations, and keep recruitment records up‑to‑date.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in recruiting or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on listening and persuasion.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
