Tax Analyst – São Paulo

About the role

Netflix is seeking an experienced Tax Analyst to join its São Paulo office. Reporting to the Senior Tax Manager, Brazil, you will handle corporate direct tax compliance, indirect tax operations, and US tax reporting, while supporting senior analysts on advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate direct tax calculations (IRPJ/CSLL) and file ancillary obligations such as ECF.
• Prepare local and group transfer pricing documentation.
• Conduct detailed reviews of PIS and COFINS and ensure consistency across tax returns.
• Partner with the U.S. tax team to deliver US GAAP tax provisions (FAS109, FIN48) and manage month‑end tax reconciliations.
• Support Brazil financial reporting for Brazil GAAP tax accounting.
• Provide assistance during tax audits and handle tax treatment for import/export transactions, including WHT.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, and prompt‑engineering solutions to streamline tax workflows.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of Brazilian direct taxes (IRPJ/CSLL) and indirect taxes (PIS, COFINS).
• Experience with transfer pricing documentation and US GAAP tax provisions.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, and Payments.
