Tech Lead – Java, Cloud & AI Tools

About the role

This position is for a Tech Lead based in Brazil who will lead engineering teams while remaining deeply involved in designing and building impactful software solutions. The role serves as a technical reference, guiding developers, defining engineering standards, and driving architectural decisions, with a focus on adopting AI‑powered tools to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development teams from a technical perspective, promoting best practices, code quality, and effective delivery processes.
• Participate actively in the design, development, and evolution of applications, platforms, and scalable software solutions.
• Define technical standards, architecture patterns, development guidelines, and engineering approaches.
• Design and implement APIs, integrations, and cloud‑based solutions with emphasis on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor developers across experience levels.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, business teams, and clients to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure solutions meet security, observability, reliability, and performance standards in production.
