Tech Ops – Production Support & Reliability Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Ops Production Support & Reliability Lead to own front‑line support for Braviant’s AWS multi‑account environment. You will monitor systems, triage alerts, run automated playbooks and ensure clean escalation to development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor AWS infrastructure (VPC, ECS, Lambda, IAM, NAT, security groups) and PostgreSQL RDS instances.
• Respond to alerts via Datadog and CloudWatch, execute runbooks, and document incidents.
• Escalate issues to developers while maintaining defensive ownership of production services.
• Manage SLA compliance in a ticketed environment (Jira/ITSM).
• Collaborate with ops channels on Slack for real‑time communication.

Required profile

• 3+ years in production support, SRE, NOC or ops engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services and VPC networking.
• Operational knowledge of PostgreSQL/RDS, including query analysis and basic tuning.
• Experience with structured incident response frameworks (ITIL, NIST, etc.).
• Strong written English for escalation and post‑incident reports.
