About the role

The Enterprise Support Engineer provides advanced technical support and engineering‑level investigation for complex production issues on LexisNexis Risk Solutions' anti‑financial crime platform. This hybrid position in São Paulo works closely with product experts, tech teams and customers to ensure service reliability and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end support cases, manage severity, escalations and SLA commitments.
Investigate, reproduce and troubleshoot advanced issues across cloud‑native and on‑premises deployments, including Kubernetes/OpenShift, containers, databases and networking.
Build test environments to validate assumptions, test work‑arounds and confirm fixes.
Analyze logs, metrics, configuration files, API responses and deployment artifacts to identify root causes.
Lead or participate in Severity 1 incidents, collaborating with product experts and tech teams.
Create detailed defect reports, validate corrections and communicate findings to customers.

Required profile

Experience supporting enterprise Java web applications in production environments.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with a customer‑first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple high‑pressure cases and work independently or collaboratively.
