Technical Account Manager

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager at RTB House, you will be the primary technical liaison for a dedicated portfolio of advertising clients in Latin America. You will ensure campaigns launch smoothly, perform optimally, and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of RTB House business, investigating and troubleshooting campaign performance issues.
• Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns stay on track with budget and client objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to verify that RTB House tracking codes function correctly across websites and resolve any discrepancies.
• Support knowledge sharing, training, and the development of best practices within the Technical Account Management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or Campaign Manager in digital advertising.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and optimise a DSP platform.
• Hands‑on experience with demand‑side platforms such as The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360, Xandr or Amazon DSP.

Required skills

• Experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360, Xandr, Amazon DSP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data‑analysis tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript or Python (plus is a plus).
