Technical Service & Support Intern LATAM

About the role

The Technical Service & Support Intern works closely with the Technical Services team to support daily operations and help resolve company and client issues efficiently. The intern acts as a liaison between customer-facing teams, Quality, Product Management and Customer Service, contributing to continuous improvement of service processes across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the TSV repair shop processes, internal and external customer requirements, compliance standards, complaint handling and data mining techniques.
• Support Technical Service and Support Operations, including warranty and out-of-warranty repair workflows.
• Prepare and present operational reports to management to support key business decisions.
• Provide spare parts sales support to the LATAM sales team, helping keep distributor stock levels adequate for timely technical service.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled at a university, pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Trilingual: able to communicate verbally and in writing in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
• Able to work with minimal instruction on routine tasks and independently in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Experience with Engineering, Product Marketing and Product Management teams is a plus; experience in training or presenting is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Word and Excel.
• Strong troubleshooting, logical reasoning and analytical skills.
• Excellent reading comprehension, editing and conceptualization skills.
• Ability to explain complex troubleshooting steps clearly to team members and customers.
