Technology Project Manager

About the role

BEES, AB InBev’s B2B commerce platform, is looking for a mid‑level Technology Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and keep senior leadership informed with clear, confident communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Define and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Establish governance, documentation, and reporting practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Align business, product, engineering, design, and operations teams around shared goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and manage cross‑team dependencies.
• Develop contingency plans and make trade‑off decisions when needed.
• Monitor timelines, proactively escalate blockers, and ensure accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology project management, delivering complex multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong track record of risk, dependency, and cross‑functional alignment management.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to operate autonomously, anticipate challenges, and drive momentum in ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project methodologies.
