About the role
PwC is looking for a motivated associate to join its Technology Talent Acquisition team. You will help identify, attract and hire top technology talent, supporting the firm’s growth and continuous learning culture.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand technology hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Utilise the firm’s Applicant Tracking System to track candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as universities and recruitment agencies.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Required profile
- Strong curiosity and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
- Ability to analyse information, identify patterns and make data‑driven decisions.
- Commitment to professional development and commercial awareness.
