About the role

The Field Operator III is responsible for hands‑on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Weatherford equipment and systems on site. The role follows technical manuals, procedures and work instructions to ensure safe and efficient execution of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of safety, security and environmental compliance in all activities.
• Perform daily operational duties, attend safety meetings, toolbox talks and complete Job Hazard Analyses.
• Inspect, test and monitor equipment according to documented work instructions and training level.
• Maintain equipment, facilities and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Ensure service quality by adhering to Weatherford’s quality policies and management system.
• Report any issues promptly using the appropriate tools and documentation.

Required profile

• Familiarity with corporate governance, HSE policies and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and apply technical manuals, standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Commitment to continuous improvement in safety, quality and operational performance.
