About the role
Otis is looking for a Service Technician I to join its team in Fortaleza, Brazil. You will work Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18, ensuring elevators and escalators remain operational for customers and passengers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance on Otis and other brand elevators and escalators.
- Anticipate potential technical issues, conduct diagnostics, and propose effective solutions.
- Interact directly with customers, placing their needs and safety first.
Required profile
- Completed high school education.
- Technical training in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and certifications NR10 and NR35.
- Experience with elevator or escalator maintenance is a plus.
