About the role
We are seeking a TikTok Shop Account Manager focused on the beauty category to drive growth of our commerce ecosystem in Brazil. The role will involve acquiring top Brazilian partners, building strong relationships, and leveraging creators to expand product exposure on TikTok.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire and manage leading Brazilian business partners for the hardline category.
- Negotiate and secure optimal campaign deals.
- Help partners increase exposure through creators or their own channels.
- Identify short‑term and long‑term collaborative opportunities.
- Maintain high service quality, low cancellation/return rates, and strong customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to pinpoint pain points, define business requirements, and prioritize solutions.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to collaborate across functions in a global environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
