About the role
We are seeking a TikTok Shop Account Manager for the Electronics (hardline) category in Brazil. The role will drive acquisition and growth of top business partners on TikTok’s commerce platform, leveraging creators and data‑driven insights to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, acquire and manage leading Brazilian business partners for the hardline category.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate campaigns and secure optimal deals.
- Expand partner exposure by collaborating with creators or developing in‑house creator programs.
- Explore new collaborative opportunities aligned with partners’ short‑term and long‑term plans.
- Monitor service quality metrics such as cancellation, return rates and reviews to improve conversion and satisfaction.
- Analyze data to uncover pain points, define business requirements, prioritize opportunities and propose solutions.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation with experience in client‑facing roles.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; comfortable working cross‑functionally in a global environment.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly and collaborate openly.
